On September 10, 1944, Betsy Sibley Ealy was born to the late Artemease (Neelon) and Willie Sibley of Gloster, Mississippi. She started this life with vitality and enthusiasm; excited and eager to live life fully. With her parents as my coaches, she was given the foundation upon which she was able to build a strong faith, ideas, and dreams for the future. Very early her sisters- Lille Jean (Charles) Hunt: both deceased, Evelyn Louise (Fred) Veals of Smithdale, MS, Louella (Roosevelt: deceased) Seeden of Gloster, MS, Dolly Mae (John) Haynes of Centreville, MS, and Bonnie Nell Sibley of Dallas, TX, and my brothers: Nathaniel (Jennie) Sibley: deceased, and Willie Mckenzie Sibley, Jr. of Gloster, MS and I formed a team. And, oh, how how she loved her teammates. Together she faced the world and built long lasting relationships.
